Be "That" Person Who Takes the Stairs Next to the Escalator


Starting today I challenge each and every one of you!  I challenge you to take the stairs from now on.  Never take the escalator or elevator again!  You would be amazed how many calories this simple switch can burn in a day, week, and lifetime.  Try it and gaurentee you will feel better about yourself.  What do you have to lose?

What's more important then your health?
